This intake prepares the exact owner approvals needed for the next live proof pass. It does not submit data, persist notes, create inventory, request credentials, authorize Stripe, touch media, page recipients, or mutate providers.

Event id or planned slug, host account alias, schedule, venue/city, coordinates, cover/gallery source, ticket tier, and allowed checkout proof scope.
Stop condition
Do not create fake inventory, publish without owner approval, or run a charge only to satisfy event proof.
